Booking Appointments
You can schedule an appointment with us online, by phone, or in person. To secure your preferred time, we suggest booking ahead. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide at least two hours. notice.
Health & Safety
While colds are common, please inform us if you have any other contagious conditions before your appointment. Our staff depend on staying healthy to serve you, and working while sick impacts their ability to do so.
If you're booking a gel toe or pedicure service, let us know in advance if you have diabetes, warts, a fungal infection, or athlete's foot. This helps us ensure your safety during the procedure.
Late Arrivals
If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, please call us to check if we can still accommodate your full service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a partial or full service cancellation at our discretion.
Service Warranty
We offer a seven-day service warranty. If any issues arise within this period, we’ll address them free of charge. After seven days, a fee will apply for any corrections.
Refunds & Concerns
If you're unhappy with your service, please bring it to our attention before leaving the salon. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues. However, we do not offer refunds for completed services.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards never expire and can be used anytime. Please note that they are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, so be sure to present your physical card when using it.
